Your Role
As the Prestige Assisted Living Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our upscale assisted living facility, ensuring that our values are reflected in the care we provide. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the team of caregiving staff to ensure exemplary resident care and compliance with organizational standards.
- Develop, implement, and enhance care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Foster an environment of dignity, respect, and safety for all residents.
- Handle resident admissions and discharges with compassion and professionalism.
