Position Overview
The In-House Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our bank facilities. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and assessments of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and other building infrastructure.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Manage relationships with external contractors when necessary, including overseeing the quality of their work.

- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Provide support during bank events and set up equipment as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in maintenance or trade skills preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to carry out manual tasks and lift heavy objects when needed.
