Position Overview
The Product Manager for Google Jobs will be instrumental in orchestrating our job visibility initiatives specifically leveraging the Google Jobs platform. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and implementation of innovative solutions that align with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product strategy for Google Jobs integration within our recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine product requirements that align with talent acquisition goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or healthcare-related field.
- Proficiency in Google Jobs and understanding of job visibility best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with product management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
