Position Overview
The Community Mental Health Specialist will play a critical role in enhancing the mental health and well-being of our team members and the surrounding community in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role requires a compassionate individual with a strong understanding of mental health challenges, community resources, and counseling techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify the mental health needs of individuals and groups within the community.
- Develop and implement community-based mental health programs that address identified needs.
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions, workshops, and support groups.
