- A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate management, real estate operations, or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or maritime sectors.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, market analysis, property management, and financing options.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in real estate software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel occasionally for site visits and stakeholder meetings, as required.
