Position Overview

As a Home Builder, you will play a significant role in our mission to enhance the lives of our customers by delivering high-quality, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing homes. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage construction projects from inception to completion while monitoring timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in home building or a similar construction role.
  • Strong understanding of construction procedures, resources, and project management techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
