The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer insights to identify trends and improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, and Marketing to enhance the customer experience.
  • Conduct extensive research to understand airline customer needs and expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies for continual improvement in airline services.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer experience.

  • Assist in the creation of training materials and sessions targeted at improving employee engagement with customers.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably within the airline or travel industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other customer analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
