Position Overview

- Strong knowledge of sports, coaching techniques, and team dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Proficient in budget management and resource allocation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred; must be able to obtain within 6 months of hire.
