Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented GCPS Analyst to join our dynamic team in Philadelphia. This position involves evaluating, designing, and implementing solutions to improve our General Customer Product Solutions (GCPS) initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our offerings meet the high standards of our clients while driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements within GCPS.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to conceptualize and design new solutions and services.
- Assist in developing and refining documentation related to product specifications and customer requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing of new features and functionalities, ensuring they meet quality standards before deployment.
- Participation in regular product strategy meetings to share insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success and performance of GCPS initiatives.
- Provide exceptional support to customers and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns related to GCPS products.
- Actively contribute to the maintenance of a knowledge base on GCPS best practices and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in product management or business analysis, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sectors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with software development life cycles and project management principles.
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools is preferred (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or similar).
