Job Summary

The Delivery Operations Manager will be instrumental in implementing and managing the delivery operations for Gopuff in London, ensuring our teams operate efficiently to provide an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the Gopuff delivery teams in London, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance, drive efficiencies, and enhance the customer experience.
Analyze operational metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement; develop actionable plans accordingly.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of performance.
Collaborate with the Gopuff management team to align operational goals with overall business objectives.
Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Manage inventory, handle logistical challenges, and optimize delivery routes to enhance delivery efficiency.
Maintain strong relationships with local vendors, partners, and stakeholders to bolster operational effectiveness.
Participate in budgeting and financial forecasting to achieve cost-effective operations.
Act as the primary contact for any delivery-related issues, resolving them in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the delivery or logistics industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proficient in using technology and software for monitoring and managing operations.
