Your Role
The In-House PR Specialist will be responsible for creating compelling narratives, managing media relations, and supporting internal and external communication efforts. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive public relations strategy that promotes APi Group’s mission and objectives.

- Manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to enhance media coverage and public perception.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for proactive communication.
- Coordinate PR campaigns and press events, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Collaborate with marketing and corporate communications teams to align messaging and optimize outreach.
- Support crisis communication efforts while helping to maintain a positive corporate image.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal news and updates, ensuring team members are informed and engaged.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creative thinking, public relations expertise, and a strong understanding of corporate communications. To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in public relations or corporate communications, preferably in-house.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficient in PR tools and software, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in crisis management and developing communication strategies in high-pressure situations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess PR performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
