Position Overview
As a Remote Airbnb Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in overseeing our Airbnb operations from home. You will be responsible for managing bookings, enhancing guest experiences, and ensuring that our properties meet the highest standards of quality. This position ensures that our guests have exceptional experiences while adhering to our educational mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all Airbnb bookings, including reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences, ensuring positive feedback and repeat bookings.
- Collaborate with local service providers for property maintenance, cleaning, and other guest services to ensure high-quality accommodations.
- Monitor and respond to guest reviews, using feedback for continuous improvement.

- Coordinate with marketing teams to promote our Airbnb properties and reach potential clientele.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service roles.

- Proficiency in Airbnb platform and property management software.
