Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Maths Subject Matter Expert (SME) to work from home. In this pivotal role, you will provide in-depth knowledge and insights into mathematical concepts, applications, and methodologies. You will collaborate with our educational and training teams to develop, implement, and evaluate mathematical training programs that enhance our real estate services and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging and comprehensive mathematical training materials tailored to our employees’ needs.
- Provide expert-level support for complex mathematical problems encountered in various projects, including data analysis and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective mathematical solutions that support our business objectives.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops, both online and in-person, to educate employees on crucial mathematical strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in mathematical methodologies and integrate them into our operations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and revise curricula based on feedback and outcomes.
- Assist in the review and improvement of data analytics tools used across the company.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Mathematics or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a mathematical consultancy or educational role.
- Proficiency in statistical software and data analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex mathematical situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective teamwork.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple projects.
- Experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus but not required.
