Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Debt Collection Specialist to join our finance department. Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related financial role.
- Strong understanding of debt collection laws and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with financial software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
