Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and road map aligned with Tadpole Academy’s strategic goals.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements by liaising with stakeholders, customers, and users.
- Define and manage product backlogs, user stories, and prioritize features based on user needs and business goals.
- Work closely with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure that the product meets quality standards and deadlines.
- Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, in a fully remote work environment.
- Monitor product performance through analytical tools and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and idea sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or ownership, preferably in the educational technology sector.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Proven experience in product development cycles and roadmap development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and articulate insights to inform decision-making.
