Position Overview
Are you a talented WebLogic Developer looking for your next challenge? StemWave is seeking a highly skilled Remote WebLogic Developer to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while being a critical part of our development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement WebLogic Server configurations that are robust and scalable.
- Develop, test, and maintain Java applications on WebLogic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues and system outages.
- Ensure the security and integrity of data across all deployments.
- Assist in the migration of applications to newer WebLogic versions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for coding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Java development with a focus on WebLogic.
- Strong understanding of Cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS or Azure.
- Proficient in creating and managing WebLogic domains.
- Experience with Oracle databases and SQL.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Additional Skills (Preferred)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins and Docker.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with monitoring tools like New Relic or AppDynamics.
