Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have the best possible experience with our products and services. This position focuses on providing exceptional support through various digital channels, addressing inquiries about orders, returns, product information, and enhancing our customers’ journey with Columbia Sportswear.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media, ensuring timely responses and satisfying resolutions.
  • Provide information about product features, benefits, and availability while leveraging your knowledge of our product lines.
  • Assist customers with order placements, tracking, cancellations, and returns processes.
