Position Overview

We are excited to announce multiple correctional job openings for the position of Correctional Facility Management Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our correctional facilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and implementing rehabilitation programs that support inmate wellness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and security of all staff and inmates within the facility.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the correctional facility, including staff supervision and inmate management.
  • Implement programs aimed at the rehabilitation of inmates, focusing on personal development and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations.
  • Knowledge of criminal justice policies, inmate rights, and rehabilitation practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and correctional management software.
