Job Overview
As a CSCS Night Labourer with DHI Group, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our construction teams in the bustling city of London. This position is well-suited for individuals seeking flexible work hours, as the job primarily takes place during nighttime shifts. You’ll be responsible for various tasks on-site, ensuring our projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction duties, including loading and unloading materials.
- Prepare and clean construction sites prior to work commencing.
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and management to ensure tasks are completed accurately.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members to support project goals and deadlines.
- Monitor site conditions and report any hazards or issues to a site supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment, adhering to company policies.
Work Schedule
This is a night position, and candidates should be prepared to work flexible hours that may include:
- Wednesday to Saturday, 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Additional night shifts as required based on project needs
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Valid CSCS card is required.
- Previous experience in a laboring role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work nights and in fast-paced environments.
