Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Remote DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our DevOps practices, enhancing our continuous integration and delivery pipelines, and automating our infrastructure to improve operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable and secure applications, ensuring that our software delivery is rapid and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, tests, and deployments.
- Monitor and maintain production systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Work collaboratively with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Create infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar technologies.
- Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar orchestration platforms.
- Develop monitoring and alerting strategies to proactively manage system health and performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps role or related field.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, etc.).
- Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Ruby, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services.
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc.).
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
