Position Overview

Baird is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding Human Resources team in our Milwaukee office. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on sourcing top-tier candidates through strategic indeed job postings and other innovative channels.
