Position: Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator at Picturehouse plays a key role in promoting our events, films, and community outreach programs. This position is perfect for someone enthusiastic about film marketing, communications, community outreach, and the arts.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement marketing strategies to promote Picturehouse events and screenings.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content that resonates with our audience.
- Coordinate community outreach programs to engage with diverse groups around Santa Fe.
- Create promotional materials, including flyers, posters, and digital content.
- Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute special events such as film festivals, panels, and Q&A sessions with filmmakers.
- Analyze marketing data and feedback to continuously improve outreach efforts.
- Maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations for partnerships and sponsorships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in the arts or entertainment industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for film and knowledge of current trends in the independent film scene.
