Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and committed Language Training Coordinator to work for Preply within our organization. This role is vital in promoting effective communication practices and enhancing the language skills of our employees, enabling them to thrive in a diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities
- Develop language learning programs based on the specific needs of employees across various departments.
- Collaborate with Preply to leverage their vast resources for effective training modules and materials.
- Conduct initial assessments to identify the language proficiency levels of employees.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in language training or educational program development.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and effective instructional methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, alongside cultural sensitivity.
- Proficient in utilizing digital learning platforms and tools, including experience with Preply’s system.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
