Position Overview
The HR Job Postings Specialist will be responsible for creating, updating, and managing job postings across various platforms. This role will involve partnering with hiring managers, ensuring compliance with all HR policies, and working to optimize our recruitment processes. We are looking for a creative problem-solver who can enhance our visibility and attractiveness as an employer.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and manage HR job postings across multiple job boards and platforms.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop compelling and accurate job descriptions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding job postings and hiring practices.
- Actively monitor and analyze job posting performance metrics to refine recruitment strategies.
- Maintain the HR job postings database, ensuring accurate and timely postings.
- Assist in training hiring managers on best practices for recruitment and selection.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Provide excellent customer service to candidates throughout the application process.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or related fields.
